Amanda is on a never-ending pursuit to explore food, health, and possibility. She began this journey as an apprentice of Chef Shari Smith at the Willard Hilton in 2006 and has endeavored independently since 2018. She has provided high caliber, nutrient dense, sustainable, and regenerative foods to Mid Michigan while founding her second company, Resonant Health, in which she addresses the off-plate aspects of nutrition through health coaching, workshops, retreats, cooking classes, yoga + meditation instruction.
